15khz/20khz Ultrasonic Plastic Welder Converter Horn

Attention to the use of Ultrasonic Welding Transducer:

1. The frequency of ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head should be matched. Generally speaking, the frequency of horn and tool head should be slightly lower than that of transducer; the vertical and flatness of connection surface should be ensured, and the appropriate torque should be added;

2. The electrode piece of ultrasonic transducer should be welded reliably and covered with damping adhesive;

3. The operating temperature of ultrasonic transducer should be lower than 60, and the input power should be lower than the rated power.
