28khz/40khz Ultrasonic spot welding transducer

Ultrasonic vibrator is also known as ultrasonic vibrator. The whole connected transducer and horn is called vibrator. A device that converts electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration) by piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies by acoustic impedance matched front and back radiation cover blocks.

Because the horn is a passive device, it does not produce vibration itself, but only changes the amplitude of the input vibration and then transmits it to complete the impedance transformation.

Ultrasonic transducer can produce regular vibration under electric field excitation, but the amplitude is generally about 10 μ m. It is not enough to directly complete welding and processing procedures.

Therefore, when the transducer is connected with a reasonably designed horn, the amplitude of ultrasonic wave can be changed in a wide range. As long as the material strength is enough, the amplitude can exceed 100 μ M.

 

Main features:
