15khz/20khz Ultrasonic Welder Converter and Booster

Ultrasonic Welding Transducer, which works in the same way as cleaning transducer, can also achieve large amplitude ultrasonic vibration by applying prestress to offset the expansion stress of piezoelectric ceramics. Because of the high demand of instantaneous power for welding transducer, it has high demand for material and technology, and it is a high power acoustic energy super energy device. Ultrasonic Welding Machine is the ultrasonic vibration produced by ultrasonic transducer, which produces high frequency friction heat on the contact gap surface of the welded object under pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of hot fusion welding.
