20khz ultrasonic biodiesel reactor for Industrial production: the production of bio oil diesel mixed emulsion by ultrasonic emulsification is actually to disperse the bio oil droplets into another diesel liquid which is immiscible with it. Compared with other technologies, the droplets can be dispersed fine and narrow, high efficiency, good dispersion effect, and can increase the stability of emulsion.

 

The ultrasonic vibrator is mainly composed of ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic tool head and ultrasonic driving power supply. Compared with the traditional ultrasonic vibration plate, it has the characteristics of wider application range and longer service life. In industrial application, ultrasonic vibration rod is a very mature and widely used technology for dispersion, extraction, cleaning, chemical reaction, water treatment and so on.
