Waterproof Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer for cleaning

The working principle of the Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer is that the ultrasonic generator generates ultrasonic frequency power higher than 20kHz, which is converted into mechanical vibration with the same frequency into cleaning fluid. The ultrasonic wave is conducted forward with dense phases and generates numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grown in the negative pressure area of ultrasonic longitudinal transmission, and rapidly ruptured in the positive pressure area. The formation, growth and rapid rupture process of this kind of tiny bubble is called "cavitation effect". In the cavitation effect, the instantaneous high pressure of more than 10000 atmospheric pressure is produced after the bubble burst. The continuous instantaneous high pressure is like a series of small explosions which bombard the surface of the object continuously, which makes the dirt on the surface of the object fall off quickly.
