Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer for Industrial Cleaning

The device consists of two parts: the shock plate and the ultrasonic generator. When the standard type of ultrasonic cleaning machine is not suitable for specific working environment, in addition to special specifications, it can also use the input type ultrasonic vibration plate device. All stainless steel structure, made of SUS316L stainless steel seal welding, acid and alkali resistant, beautiful and durable. According to the need, the ultrasonic radiation surface can be on the bottom, side or top of the cleaning tank.

 

1: 2. The ultrasonic generator should be far away from the heat source and keep good ventilation and heat dissipation;

3: The ultrasonic power supply must avoid liquid inflow, so as to avoid short circuit or corrosion;

4: The ultrasonic vibration plate shall not work for more than eight hours at a time. If there is continuous work, it is recommended to take a rest for a while before continuing to work when working for more than four hours.

5: Clean the tank regularly to make the surface clean;

6: When the machine does not work for a long time, it needs to run idly, usually once a month or half a month;

7: If the vibration plate has breakdown, the steel plate should be replaced in time;
