40khz Submersible Ultrasonic Transducers with Generator

Material of Submersible Ultrasonic Transducer: the vibration plate is made of imported SUS304 2.5mm stainless steel plate, and the vibration surface is made of SUS316 2.5mm stainless steel plate.

 

1. Surface: electroplate hard chromium 5um on ultrasonic vibration surface to enhance service life of vibration surface.

2. Structure: the whole machine is equipped with a movable hook device, which is easy to install or move. The ultrasonic transducer is fixed with special imported glue and welding screws. The ultrasonic transducer has a long and durable life. The frequency is 25kHz / 28kHz / 40KHz. The whole machine is made of stainless steel.

3. Electrical system: all electrical components are made of imported high-quality parts, so as to achieve zero fault, and reduce unnecessary trouble caused by the need for professional on-site maintenance in the process of use.

4. Ultrasonic generator: digital frequency synthesis technology under the control of microcomputer, ultrasonic power can be continuously adjusted (digital display), with perfect protection functions: overheat and over-current protection, and four bit timer to make time control accurate to seconds. At the same time, it also has frequency sweep function.

4. Power supply: heating: 220 V / 50 Hz
