20khz Digital Ultrasonic Plastic Spot Welder generator

The Ultrasonic Welding Generator is composed of an ultrasonic power amplifier module which can convert 50 / 60Hz power frequency alternating current into ultrasonic frequency for the transducer to work, and a control module with "system protection monitoring" and "automatic tuning" functions. The control module can cut off the ultrasonic energy when the ultrasonic welding work fails, so as to provide high safety and reliability for the generator and even the whole welding equipment.

 

The ultrasonic generator is built-in automatic constant amplitude system, which can automatically compensate for different air pressure changes and voltage fluctuations. The ultrasonic amplitude can be adjusted from 50% to 100% steplessly to meet the requirements of different welding parts.

Using IGBT as power amplifier, the reaction speed is more than 100 times faster than that of traditional silicon power transistor, so the protection function is better.
