Whole ball/Hemisphere Piezoeceramic ceramic PZT Material

Piezoelectric ceramic chip is a simple and lightweight electroacoustic device. It has been widely used because of its high sensitivity, no magnetic field spread and overflow, no copper wire and magnet, low cost, low power consumption, convenient repair and large-scale production. It is suitable for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave and infrasonic wave. Large area piezoelectric ceramic chip can also be used to detect pressure and vibration. The working principle is to use the reversibility of piezoelectric effect, and apply audio voltage on it to generate mechanical vibration and sound. If the pressure is constantly applied to the piezoelectric ceramic, it will also generate voltage and current.

Common piezoelectric ceramics

1. Barium titanate (BaTiO3) piezoelectric ceramics have higher piezoelectric coefficient and dielectric constant than quartz.

2. Lead magnesium niobate (PMN) Pb (MgNb) o3-pbtio3-pbzro3 piezoelectric ceramics (PMN) have a high piezoelectric coefficient and can continue to work at pressures up to 700 kg / cm2, which can be used as force sensors at high temperatures.

3. Lead zirconate titanate Pb (Zr · Ti) O3 piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) have high piezoelectric coefficient, and the mechanical and electrical parameters change little with temperature, time and other external conditions. PZT materials with different properties can be obtained by adding one or two trace elements into lead zirconate titanate.
