After working for a long time, scale will be deposited on the shell and the surface of the ultrasonic atomizer, which will seriously affect its service life and atomization quantity. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the atomizer at least once every half a month. When cleaning, use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to gently wipe the atomizer shell and the surface of the atomizer. Do not clean the atomizer with hard objects to avoid scratching the atomizer.

The water quality will affect the service life of the atomizer, so it is recommended to use clean water.

When the atomizer works for a long time (about 5000 hours), the service life of the atomizer will decline and the atomization amount will decrease. At this time, you can replace the atomizer with a new one. Please contact the local dealer or our company to purchase the atomizer and its supporting tool key. The replacement method can refer to figure 1. The replacement steps are as follows:

First, cut off the power supply, remove the atomizer from the water and put it down for a while. After the water in the nebulizer is flowing out, dry the spray chamber and the water inside the atomizer.

② Use a tool spoon to turn the pressure ring anticlockwise to remove the old energy exchange plate, and keep the atomized energy exchange plate cavity dry and clean.

③ Install the new energy exchange plate with the front side upward and the reverse side downward, and screw the pressure ring clockwise.
