1. Remember empty super. This is very important. Time requirements: the ultrasonic time should not be too long each time, preferably not more than 5 seconds, and the interval time should be greater than or equal to the ultrasonic time, which is good for heat dissipation.

Power requirements: not too large, too common to spatter or foam. Container selection: the beaker should be as large as the number of samples, which is also conducive to the convection of samples in ultrasound and improve the crushing efficiency.

4. In daily maintenance, use alcohol to scrub the probe or clean water for ultrasound
