Ultrasonic Cavitation Reactor Ultrasonic Sonochemistry Biodiesel
Introduction to vibrating rod of ultrasonic cleaning machine:
Ultrasonic wave refers to electromagnetic wave with frequency of 20 khz-50 MHz. It is a kind of mechanical wave, which needs energy carrier medium to transmit. In the process of ultrasonic transmission, there are alternating periods of positive and negative pressure. In the positive phase, the medium molecules squeeze and increase the original density of the medium; in the negative phase, the medium molecules are sparse and discrete, and the medium density decreases. In other words, ultrasound can not polarize the molecules in the sample, but produce acoustic cavitation between the solvent and the sample, resulting in the formation, growth and explosion compression of bubbles in the solution, thus dispersing the solid sample, increasing the contact area between the sample and the extraction solvent, and improving the mass transfer rate of the target substance from the solid phase to the liquid phase. In industrial application, ultrasonic cleaning, drying, sterilization, atomization and nondestructive testing are very mature and widely used technology.
The ultrasonic vibration rod generates radial vibration on the rod body through the high-power and large amplitude transducer, and generates ultrasonic wave uniformly at 360 ° near the vibrating rod. Its amplitude is between the ultrasonic cleaning machine and the processor, so the direction of use is more flexible. Ultrasonic vibrator can be used in any tank cleaning, can be placed in any position of the cleaning tank, and occupies a small volume space, can be used very flexibly. It can be used to accelerate dissolution, accelerate reaction and prevent inner wall scaling.
