Ultrasonic cleaner uses the ultrasonic signal higher than 20kHz, which is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by transducer and transmitted into the cleaning fluid. The ultrasonic wave is dispersed in the cleaning fluid and radiates forward, making the liquid flow and producing tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles grow in the negative pressure formed by the longitudinal propagation of ultrasonic wave, and close (extinguish) rapidly in the positive and negative pressure area. The formation, growth and rapid closure of these tiny bubbles are called cavitation phenomena. In cavitation phenomenon, when these bubbles close, the instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres is formed. With the continuous generation of instantaneous high pressure, like a series of small explosions, constantly bombard the surface of the object, so that the grease and dirt on the surface and crevice of the object are quickly peeled off, and the rapid cleaning effect is achieved.

 

The equipment consists of the following parts:

The machine is composed of three functional cleaning tanks + 1 drainage tank + 1 hot drying tank. The cleaning tank is equipped with bottom vibration and side vibration ultrasonic system and is operated manually. In the ultrasonic solvent tank, the strong penetration force of ultrasonic wave is used to impact the surface of the workpiece, and combined with the oil removal and decontamination ability of the solvent, the oil stains tightly attached to the surface of the workpiece are quickly removed, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

 

The ultrasonic generator is not equal to the power consumption, and the power consumption is about 1 / 2W of ultrasonic power.
