Submersible Ultrasonic Transducer

 

The ultrasonic vibration plate consists of two parts, ultrasonic generator and vibration plate.

Ultrasonic generator: our company cooperates with German ultrasonic experts to develop the seventh generation of German ultrasonic control technology. Its power and frequency are in the form of liquid crystal digital display, and the change of power and frequency can be observed at any time, which provides accurate basis for controlling and detecting ultrasonic wave. The generator can be free timing, can arbitrarily design the start stop mode of the generator, free timing work. The service life of the ultrasonic generator is greatly improved and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.

 

The ultrasonic vibration plate is installed by bottom vibration and side suspension. The bottom is fixed with screws and teflon film. The side can be directly suspended into the cylinder surface.

 

Customers can design and produce various types of ultrasonic vibration plate according to the size and variety of cleaning workpieces, so as to achieve the cleaning effect of oil and wax removal.
