The ultrasonic generator independently developed and produced by our company has the following characteristics:

 

① It has the function of frequency sweeping cleaning, that is, the impact reflux cleaning is used to generate intermittent and impact ultrasonic acceleration and shock wave in the cleaning solution to quickly clean the stains on the surface of the workpiece, but it is not suitable for long-term frequency sweeping cleaning.

 

② . it has overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection functions to protect the generator from burning out to the greatest extent.

 

③ With timing function, it is convenient for the manufacturer to realize high-precision timing cleaning. The timing range is 0-59 minutes and 59 seconds, saving labor cost.
