The ultrasonic vibration rod uses the alternating period of positive and negative pressure in the process of ultrasonic transmission. In the positive phase, the medium molecules are squeezed to increase the original density of the medium; in the negative phase, the medium molecules are sparse and discrete, and the medium density is reduced. The ultrasonic vibration rod can generate ultrasonic wave uniformly around 360 ° and the energy output is not affected by load changes such as liquid level and temperature difference. Ultrasonic vibration rod generally includes high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head (transmitter head), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy to the liquid. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic wave. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally in a few microns. Such amplitude power density is not enough to be used directly. The horn can amplify the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolate the reaction solution and transducer, and fix the whole ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected with the horn, which transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then the ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the chemical reaction liquid by the tool head.
