Adjustment Description:

1. Start the machine to check whether the frequency displayed by the generator is consistent with the frequency of ultrasonic transducer, such as 28kHz, 40KHz, etc.

2. Connect the positive and negative electrodes of the load correctly (Note: the negative electrode is usually connected with the tank body of the cleaning machine or the vibrating plate steel plate).

3. The ultrasonic generator should be correctly connected to 220 V power supply, and the power supply should be reliably grounded.

4. Please do not use more than 3K of rated power generator, and do not use more than 3K of rated power generator at the same time.

5. If the current cannot be adjusted, check whether the transducer is short circuited, whether the connecting wire is correct, whether the frequency is corresponding, and whether the internal components of the generator are damaged.
