The principle and function of circulating filtration system for ultrasonic cleaning machine

 

 

 

1、 Composition: water pump+filter sub tank+filter bottle+pipeline+ball valve.

 

2、 Principle features:

 

1. Carry out primary filtration through the design of a double layer separator in the filter sub tank to filter out large particle precipitates, suspended solids, and floats in the cleaning liquid; Then perform secondary fine filtration from a filter bottle to remove small particles of dirt from the cleaning solution.

 

The pipeline elbow shall be welded by argon arc welding and its surface shall be polished to ensure a beautiful welding appearance without welding defects such as weld overlap and weld toe.

 

3. Equipped with a well-known domestic brand pump - Nanfang Pump (lift, flow depending on the size of the tank).

 

4. Stainless steel filter is adopted, with filtering accuracy of 1~50um optional; The pipeline quick connector is connected and convenient for disassembly and assembly.
