The ultrasonic generator of intelligent plastic welding machine converts the input AC 220 V 50 / 60 Hz AC rectification filter into 310 V DC, which is chopped into a specific high-frequency AC. after the signal is amplified to several thousand volts high-voltage AC signal by the high-frequency transformer, the transducer is driven to vibrate at its own resonance frequency point. The control module can cut off the ultrasonic output when the ultrasonic generator fails, so as to provide high security for the ultrasonic generator and the whole welding equipment.

 

The core control system of the whole machine adopts imported high-speed and large-capacity MCU, equipped with the latest and efficient operating system, modular management of current sampling, output port, input port, signal acquisition, high-speed communication, safety protection and fault warning functions, so that the equipment can operate efficiently and stably.
