Ultrasonic frequency generator is the latest high-power ultrasonic transducer (digital) driver developed by our company. The embedded system is used as the control core, and the high-power M05 tube is used as the output drive. It has high precision, prevents external interference and operates stably. In addition to the high reliability, long life, input and output characteristics, high insulation safety, electromagnetic compatibility and noise tolerance requirements of general electronic products, the ultrasonic driver has all the functions required for transducer matching, such as power regulation, frequency sweep, frequency automatic tracking, alarm, timing, temperature control, remote control, etc.

·Adjustable output rate: smooth linear adjustment of output power, adjustable from 20% to 100%

·Sweep frequency: different sweep frequency can be set, the sweep width is 20% ~ 100%

·Alarm: over current, overheat alarm, output under power alarm, output open circuit alarm, output frequency drift alarm, remote control communication timeout alarm

·Timing: can set the ultrasonic generator timing work, timing range (1s ~ 9999s)

·Temperature control (optional): the temperature of ultrasonic tank is collected, and the heater is controlled by relay to maintain the temperature change within ± 2 ℃ of the set temperature

·Remote control: provide RS485 interface, remote control panel, can realize power, timing, temperature and other remote settings, fault display, switch control;

·Energy control: control the constant power output of ultrasonic transducer;

·It can display the frequency, power and corresponding status when working;

·Multi language interface, communication function and interface with PC.
