Piezoelectric ceramic chip is a simple and lightweight electrical device. It has been widely used because of its high sensitivity, no magnetic field spread and overflow, no need of copper wire and magnet, low cost, less power consumption and convenient for mass production. It is suitable for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave and infrasonic wave. Large area piezoelectric ceramic chip can also be used to detect pressure and vibration. The working principle is to use the reversibility of piezoelectric effect to apply audio voltage on it to generate sound.
