The application of impedance curve and admittance circle in the processing and production of ultrasonic devices is as follows:
Ultrasonic transducer: the admittance circle should not appear parasitic circle, the resonance frequency should be as close as possible to the design frequency, the dynamic impedance should be low, the quality factor QM should be close to the design requirements, and the capacitance should be matched with the circuit.
Piezoelectric ceramic chip: the advantages and disadvantages of the device can be judged directly from the admittance circle diagram and logarithmic coordinates. If there are delamination or cracks in the ceramic chip, the logarithmic curve will appear multi peak. Multiple parasitic circles appear on the admittance circle.
Ultrasonic horn and mold: whether the design, processing and assembly are reasonable or defective can be clearly seen from the admittance circle diagram.
Ultrasonic welding machine: during production and processing, the status of the welding machine is analyzed by using the results of admittance circle, and the problems existing in the welding machine are found through the analysis of parameters and graphics.
