Oil Filter System DPF Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

Filtration System Structure description:

1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine is provided with a unilateral overflow structure. The floating material in the tank is fed into the liquid storage tank through the overflow port, and then pumped into the cleaning tank for use after filtration

2. The tank body is made of several stainless steel plates

3. A drain port is set at the bottom of the tank to drain the liquid directly through the ball valve

4. Stainless steel heating pipe is set in the tank body

5. The ultrasonic generator and cleaning tank are of split type

6. Mechanical temperature controller, temperature 30-110 degrees adjustable

7. The inner groove is made of imported thickened stainless steel, beautiful and durable

8. South stainless steel centrifugal pump, durable, low failure rate

9. Circulating filter system, reduce the frequency of cleaning discharge and improve the utilization rate of cleaning agent

10. The size of the tank body is made according to the customer's requirements to meet various requirements

11. Multi side or side vibration mode can be customized to meet the cleaning requirements
