Precautions for ultrasonic atomizer:

1. when the nebulizer is working properly, please do not put your hands above the spray chamber of the nebulizer to prevent ultrasonic injury.

2. The atomizer can work normally only when it is in water. Please put it into the water before use, and then turn on the power supply, and ensure that the surface of the atomizer is in the state of water, so as to avoid damaging the atomizer.

3. Before stopping using the atomizer, please disconnect the power supply, and then take out the atomizer from the water.

4. When using the atomizer, please select the power supply with output power greater than 350W and output voltage of dc45 ± 5V. The power supply should isolate the fog and avoid the fog from getting into the power circuit board, short circuit and burning off the power supply.

5. When multiple atomizers are used in the same container, separate power supply shall be provided, and it is not allowed to connect multiple atomizers with single power supply for use, and pay attention to make the shells of each atomizer connected with each other to prevent electric corrosion during operation.

6. The fog generated by the atomizer must be forced to be discharged by fan, and a plane space of 350cm2 should be reserved for each group of atomizers, so as to avoid excessive water temperature and shorten the service life of the atomizer.

7. The atomizer is not suitable for atomizing corrosive liquid, so as to avoid damaging the metal shell and atomizing sheet of atomizer.

8. Please do not damage the water level sensor switch during installation, so as to avoid the atomizer out of control due to the water level switch failure. After the water level switch is damaged, it should be stopped to use, otherwise the atomizer will be further damaged due to dry burning of atomizer. At this time, it can only be used after being repaired by professional maintenance personnel.
