Structure of ultrasonic cell pulverizer

Ultrasonic cell crusher is composed of ultrasonic generator and transducer (some are equipped with sound box)

 

1. ultrasonic generator: the signal generator generates a signal with a specific frequency, which is the frequency of the transducer. The ultrasonic frequency generally used in ultrasonic equipment is 20kHz, 25kHz, 28kHz, 33khz, 40KHz, 60KHZ.

 

2. Transducer assembly: ultrasonic transducer assembly is mainly composed of transducer and horn.

 

3. Sound box: can effectively reduce the noise in the process of work and keep the laboratory quiet.
